Investment in Lein Applied Diagnostics
In the third quarter of 2004 Lein successfully completed a significant fund raising round. This funding, gained from Seven Spires Investments Ltd. through the Thames Valley Investment Network, supported the development of previous generation prototypes and detailed clinical testing.
The Seven Spires' investment followed the successful completion of a feasibility study, funded by a DTI SMART Award. This investigation demonstrated the viability of the measurement method.
More recently, in June 2007, Seven Spires followed their initial investment with a further round of financing.
